We’re looking for a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Youth worker/Co-ordinator to join us at Zebra Collective, to work alongside our large well-established group of volunteers, including the youth leader. The role includes planning interesting and varied activities for our weekly youth club based in Mount Wise, Devonport, interacting positively with young people at the weekly club, planning school holiday trips and activities, liaising with parents etc. You will also be confident and able to lead youth club sessions and trips when necessary. We’re looking for someone with a minimum 2 years’ experience of youth work. The role is for 7.5 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours, particularly during school holidays. 

Initially a 1-year fixed term contract. However, we aspire to develop our youth work substantially, with the continuation and expansion of this role key to this ambition

Salary £30,000 pro rata
