We’re looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and experienced Youth Work Lead to join us at Zebra Collective, to work alongside our youth worker and large well-established group of volunteers. The role includes leading sessions at youth clubs for 8-11- and 11–16-year-olds based in Mount Wise, Devonport, leading school holiday trips, supporting volunteers, organising youth work projects, overseeing collection of evaluation material etc. 

We’re looking for someone with a minimum 3 years’ experience of youth work. The role is for 12 hours per week (we are currently negotiating funding and hope to increase this to 15-16 hours per week) and is initially a 1-year fixed term contract.

Salary £30,000 pro rata
